Decware OTL as preamp is the real deal. Probably going to get a second one in the future for the other system. It's that good.

Stunning, but I personally think the Salire stand bases should either match the wood of the upright or be black (or dark espresso brown, whichever is more complementary). Nitpicking, I know. Still stunning!

I agree, I'll probably paint it black, or use like a textured rubber coating. Zach said in another post the reason he didn't do the base as well is that it would have added a lot to the cost, and wasn't sure if people would pay $500+ for a stand.

We're working on a solution using richlite (for the bases) , which will still cost a little more but won't be as expensive as more stabilized wood.

Once we get that going we will sell them a la carte and at a discount for owners who want them.
