I think all the headphones fit in the Seahorse case pretty easily, but with the wooden case...
Auteur: shorten the rods all the way, then place the headphones in the case so that ZMF is right-side up. They closed all the way (more or less) - so that no additional pressure was required for the latch.
Atticus... not sure. The bigger earcups mean that the case doesn't close all the way without putting some force on it.

It was the Seahorse case, but I think that picture you posted might help with my problem. For some reason, they stick out a lot from inside the case.

Good tracks. I don't have my Auteur's on right now, but they sound great on my modded HE-6's. I'll try em later on my Blackwoods.

Agreed. I really didn't expect to get any hits when I threw that out there. Listening to the Auteur right now and am very happy with the early impressions.
