I jumped on the Wenge train as well, couldn't resist the looks.

Congrats!

Even with the wait I still can’t thank @zach915m and Bevin enough for their customer service. I’m pretty sure they are going to kill me with how many times I’ve gone back and forth with them adding stuff to my order and changing parts (as recently as yesterday haha). But the community knows that, I’m just happy to reiterate.

Can’t wait to get them in hand!

We are in production with the Wenge sets right now! We had a slight delay while we got our new CNC machine set-up, and the Wenge cut beautifully. I'm hoping to have all Wenge orders placed before today shipped next week. Sorry for the wait!

Amazing! Perfect timing with my Bifrost 2 and Valhalla arriving Monday/Tuesday next week.

Never even heard of almond wood. What does it look like?

That's all I have to go on.

Damn, that's nice. It's a relatively uncommon wood--also a tone wood.

Here's the best picture I can find, showing (i'm guessing) unstained but otherwise finished kitchen spoons (the grain is really beautiful IMO):

Ha, that's the same pic that came up when I went searching for almond wood examples. Cannot wait to see them in person and just... love them.

It's kind of a medium brown, I think Indian Laurel might be another name for it.

Looks awesome! @DeweyCH is a lucky buyer!

PS. @zach915m I shot you over a message earlier. So sorry to be annoying, just trying to get your attention one last time before my set is made!

Oh, and have a happy Thanksgiving everyone!
