  If there is ever a successor then it will probably be awesome provided Yamaha learn from their mistakes on the EPH100 and fix the reliability, and the damn memory effect on the cable(it's really been annoying me these past few days).

What do you mean memory effect on cable? :S I only know about memory effect on old battery.

Guys,do u guys experience microphoric?(I mean like when u walking with this iem in ur ear?) I get this alot,does Yamaha provide clip? Coz im now outdoor so ya..haha

I thought the memory effect is great so it's easier to be worn over the ear. I've been wearing it over-the-ear since I first got it and never experienced microphonic and other problems, so it's highly recommended

agreed, wearing it up definitely gets rid of the microphonics although i didnt really do it

Its where the cable gets kinked and then stays like that and doesn't stay straight basically. Its kinda annoying but like some have said you can wear over the ear to solve this.

Hi,guys. Today the right speaker of my earphone stopped working. I've tried to move a cable around the speaker and sound appeared for a moment, sometime in a normal volume and sometime lower. What do you think is it cable problem or condensation?
Oh it's wire issue can I disassemble it without damaging driver?

Oh, ya experience that too. Kinda annoying, btw its her maiden voyage today haha XD. Don't you think wearing over ear in public is kinda weird? Would a shirt clip reduce microphonics issues?

That sounds like a cable issue. TBH disassembly is pointless, even if you can do it it'll be long complicated and you probs won't be able to fix it. I'd get a replacement.

Dont think it is possible as you can see the aluminium housing its like in one piece, dissemble it might destroy it though. If it is possible i would mod it to make its cable detachable =D

The seconde I picked because I've never felt monitor earphones expirience.

Have a look at the mediadevil artisanphonics, i have the ehp100's and think you'll be very surprised by them.
