Awesome, Thanks Vortex, your coding makes this player 100% better !

IMO if @H20Fidelity is still keeping tabs on this thread XVortex deserves a big shout out in the first post, and maybe putting some Rockbox Q&A's in there would help out new people trying to rockbox their X3's. Asking new people to read 40~ pages of a thread to catch up can be intimidating.

Someone else has already started a dedicated xduuo rockbox thread here :-

Perhaps the first post could be edited with that link and people go there to discuss rockbox?

Bet it's the mSD and not the X3.  Both my 128Gb mSDs are loaded with FLAC files and I'm having no problems at all.

Which mSD brand are you using in the X3? I'm waiting for mine, but I'd like to start buying 1 or 2 128Gb cards. Thanks.

My two 128Gb mSD cards are Silicon Power UHS-1 Elite Class 10 (http://www.amazon.com/Silicon-Power-MicroSDXC-Class10-SP128GBSTXBU1V20SP/dp/B00T9QONOU/ref=lp_3042505011_1_1?srs=3042505011&ie=UTF8&qid=1459887647&sr=8-1)  $32.99 on Amazon currently.

I have one of those silicon power cards I used daily in a phone but after about 5 months it went kaput. You can still read from it and access the files fine but no more write support!

Hello,

Suppose I am flashing my X3 to RB but I want to replace to another TFT card later on, can I simply copy the whole content of the older TFT to the newer one, or do I need to flash to factory and reflash to RB with the new card?

Thanks.

I didn't had a windows 7 or XP machine before, so after a along time, I tried installing Rockbox from my friends win 7 Machine. I don't know what went wrong, but all I get now is the 'No Partition found' and the player turns off. Since my friend was running out of patience, I had to return his laptop, and now back to stock. Does anyone have a foolproof step by step instruciton for win 10 or a mac? Also, I noticed that there are two topics with the same heading 'For first time manual installation follow this steps:' I did the top one, and my second card was not detecting. So went and didn the one at the end of the page, and now I get the No partition error. I will try it once again today.
