I have one of those cards also, for some reason my desktop pc will quit writing to the card if it's in a unit, so i have to use the adapter to move my music over to it, but all in all, it'a a good card none the less. Computers and the things they do and don't do, go figure, my desktop will recognize my DX50, laptop no can do, both running windows 10.

I'll try this with my card I thought was no good anymore. maybe it's just the adapter it doesn't like.

The card reads that there is 60gb of music to my 128gb sd card but some of the folders are showing empty and when doing a quick calculation there is only 42gb of music available. The files show up on my player but do not play. The files were able to be played before but some seem to disappear when I add more files. Any help would be most appreciated. Cheers

It seems a problem with your card. Format it and try to copy some very large files like movies or some .zip files until it's almost full and try to playback the movies/unzip the files. If your card is ok, then you will see the movies just fine or unpack the zip. If your card is corrupted or has a false capacity then at some point the movies will get buggy and the zip files won't be able to be extracted. It happened with a friend once, he bought a 32gb card that couldn't take more than 8gb.The files seemed to copy without problems but every time we passed the 8gb threshold the others files begin to corrupt. Hope that's not your case though.

Try using verification software to verify the capacity of your card, can get the free software from this page

Is there a specific webpage for rockbox for X3 that someone can link me that has the official latest build and tutorial to install or should I just find the newest post on this thread with a download link? That sounds a bit sketch but just wondering.

It will only test the free space so you should use it on a freshy formatted card, for a full test.

Same for me, Rockboxed Xduoo seems to be unable to play ogg files
