Mostly positive but they state sound quality was mediocre. It could possibly be improved with better quality tubes.

I wonder if the TA-22 would be meaningfully better than combining Xduoo’s MT-604 with a good DAC? I have 604 already…

Hi there,
Bluetooth 5.1(you can enjoy audiophile-grade Bluetooth codecs, like LDAC and aptX HD), additional power(3000mW (32Ω), and dual saber DAC chips might be good reasons to try the TA-22.

what is neutral sound from 12AU7 tubes ,old stock or new made ,want to buy with "tube sound" but not too warm,as my audeze lcd-2cb headphones has warm tone. dac/amp xduoo ta-22.

I don't own the TA-22 but I use Philips 6189W as an alternative to 12AU7's in my TA-20 amp. They work well and are not too tubey. I also like RCA NOS 12AU7's. Each of these are fairly easy to find and reasonably priced.

today arrived my new xduoo ta-22 , even with xduoo made stock tubes sound is phenomenal.neutral sound with lots detail ,3D and big soundstage. ordered vintage 1960 telefunken 12au7 pair tubes week ago,, but now see that stock tubes with audeze lcd-2closed is end game

Where did you order Telefunken tubes from?
BTW, I have XDuoo TA-22 paired with Audeze LCD-2 for a month now. I was also very pleased right form the start. But wait for couple of weeks until amp burns in. Massive difference, now sounds much better. And that is with stock tubes.

please google telefunken 12au7 tubes price eur. they sells old stock for 80€ new, and modern TK series 60-70Eur

bingo. after testing used vintage 1960' telefunkens 12au7 vs stock xduoo tubes i can say that genuine xduoo tubes is fantastic sound,more details,more linear,brighter vs mutted sound from telefunken. so ,im keep xduoo tubes and closed investigate vintage overpriced tubes,maybe will see at some modern tubes .Bravo Xduoo!
