Oh the pain, the pain!! On the flip side, within a minute I'm feeling the pain that would've normally taken 50 situps to feel, so maybe this can get you somewhere.

Just posting an update, wondering how you guys are doing.
I've lost 25 lbs and at least 3 inches on my waist. When I first started doing the ab workout/running, I was 185 pounds and had a 35 inch waist. Now, I'm 161 pounds and the 33 inch pants that I bought a few weeks ago are getting very loose. How are you guys doing?

I lost about 25 lbs this summer too. Went from 240 to 215, and from a 38/40 waist to a 34/36. (I am 6'8", so that is actually pretty thin for me).

Wow, that should be my next step, I was in the 250+ range, haven't been too serious about this but I really should be...this plus running should be my next step seeing that I already got started, despite being pesimistic about the diet that involves no bread (limiting carb intake basiclly). I went down to 235 and I hope to keep goin' down but combining it with other things should be even better, except I might end up gainig some converting all that fat to muscle
