The directions are not on-line anymore, but I have it saved on my hard drive. It will allow you to get the most ripped abs possible without any sit-ups, crunches, and leg raise movements! Without any machines!

However, due to the policy of this site I can't post it here, unless one of the mods says it's ok. Once they do I will post it.

I tried doing sit-ups, sit-ups, crunches, and leg raise movements and that crap doesn't work. I tried this today, and my abs are killing me, I actually feel like I did something. I wonder If I will be able to see abs in two weeks.

I'd like to hear about this too, I've just started (a few weeks ago) a decent exercise routine, kind of a homebrewed collection of stuff - this could be a welcome addition.
