APureSound (Kindly offered suggestions for HD-800 connector soldering)
Audio-gd (Kingwa has gone to incredible lengths to please us)
Symphones (Rhydon's company)
HeadRoom (Tyll and his company are fantastic)
CryoParts (Though anyone selling expensive wire courts controversy, Lee has always given good service)
Lavry (because Dan kindly puts up with all the forum crap here and posts useful technical info)
Audiovalve (the owner helped others with mods and DIY versions of his patented amp)
Kuboten (Lobstersan/Craig is a fantastic and very patient and kind man both in person and online)

Koss: lifetime warranty, fast turnover
JH Audio: personalized service, fast and friendly
Apple: best customer service I've experienced
Blue Jeans Cables: no BS approach, super fast shipping, good prices

Overall, I like companies that are honest in the information they share and it's even better when they are fast in shipping their products. I stay away from companies that say stuff like "this capacitor or this cable needs x hours of burn-in to sound its best".

JH Audio
Enigma Audio
S2 Audio
HeadAmp
HeadRoom
BlueJeans Cables
monoprice.org
TTVJ/Todd The Vinyl Junkie

I try and do business with people that respect their customers and don't talk down to them. I also refuse to do business with companies that encourage guerilla marketting.
