Which headphones look the most expensive to you (Regardless of price)?

Though the simplicity, I'm absolutely in love with the sleek looks of the SR-009 but the most expensive looking to me are probably the Noble CIEMs, they are magnificant.

So this:

looks more expensive to you than this?:

Yes.  I've seen both in person too.  They recently announced the HE1000 is $3,000, making it $500 less than the SR-009 is currently.  Obviously I would make a poor contestant on The Price is Right.

The SR-009 is about $2,850 if imported from PriceJapan (as opposed to the current $4,450 US retail price), but requires an electrostatic headphone amplifier, which can go from $400 all the way up to $10,000+. On the other hand, as I have demonstrated here, the HE-1000 is very easy to drive. I'd still take the 009 if I had to choose one.

My Pickering OA-7's look so expensive. They're honestly the most beautiful and timeless headphones I've ever owned. In my opinion, of course. :)
