HD650 you can buy at either Bay and Bloor Radio (guess where that is
) or Long & McQuade. However, if you are willing to buy the items used then you would get a MUCH better deal here in the FS forums... headphones can be VERY overpriced here in Canada if you buy at retail stores.
DV336SE or Woo Audio amps you won't find at any retail stores... you buy either of those at their respective web sites (or in DV's case, I believe they're also available on ebay), and they ship to you. Typically you won't be able to find any of the amps that are frequenty talked about here at stores as dedicated headphone amps are just not that mainstream, quite frankly... it's a niche market. The best you would be able to do at stores would be receivers/integrated amps/DACs that have a headphone output, which can vary in quality but typically not too adequate/ideal (especially for headphones like HD650).
Prices are generally pretty high buying stuff up here, and if you buy from elsewhere you get nailed with shipping/brokerage fees, so it's sort of a lose/lose. Your best bet is to scour the classifieds section on this site. If you're buying new, check your local guitar centres and see if they'll let you audition headphones. You should also have several hifi stores within driving/bus range.
If looking for specific brands, check the manufacturer's page to see if they have any Canadian distributors.
