Hey I just thought if no one has asked... OUR Southport based friends have thought of or used this on the bigger 6.3mm 1/4 connectors??????
What are the IFI thoughts on this?
If it does add something to the higher-end phones is there a larger version or just buy a 3.5mm to 1/4 adapter.

Just my random thoughts working...

For now no larger version. 
 
Most (but not all) High-End Headphones fitted with 6.3mm Jacks do fine in terms of sensitivity. The high and extreme sensitivity Headphones and IEM's are generally targeted at portable use and are fitted with 3.5mm Plugs as default and use 3.5mm to 6.3mm Adapters.
