I have lost all perspective on the popularity of this album - In the Aeroplane over the Sea, Neutral Milk Hotel. It's so good I have a hard time believing anyone doesn't know it/like it but who knows? Anyway, it's a long time favorite of mine. It's up there with Loveless as albums I could listen to endlessly. I got to see NMH perform it live for the first time in many years at the Merge 25 anniversary concert. It was epic.
