Poco - The Very Best of Poco.jpg
The band's first compilation album covers the time period 1969-1974. Poco
was formed after the demise of Buffalo Springfield and originally included
Randy Meisner before he left for the Eagles. The other musicians are shown on
the shirt. Thanks to @Baldr for the heads-up on the passing of Rusty Young.

I will have to find more of Natasha's work to listen to.

Last night, this gem came up during a "random" play night. One of my son's favorites, too.

I forget how fantastic this album can sound on the right system. On the wrong system it can sound thin, but when you "get the balance right" it is open, densely layered and smooth as silk. See what I did there. 😁

It is pretty easy to tell what era this album is from just by looking at Jeff's jacket...man, that is ugly....LOL
It is my least favorite Beck album, but there is no denying the excellent playing on "Ambitious" !
Jimmy Hall was a good choice for this type of album. I think I enjoyed it a little more this time than most times that I have listened.
It has been fun going through my Beck collection and for what it is worth his guitar tone is sublime with VC.

I was auditioning the Verite Closed last night and I wasn't super impressed with it tbh. Then I played this first video and then they really impressed me! I realized that I was mainly playing stuff that doesn't really show what they can do, but they were excellent with this!
