Ahmad Jamal - Live at the Montreal Jazz Festival 1985.png
The bassist is James Cammack.

This song was composed by Thelonious Monk.

Ahmad Jamal - Live in Marciac.png
Reginald Veal on bass, Herlin on drums, and Manolo Badrena on percussion.

Live albums recorded 30-years apart, both feature Herlin Riley on the drums.
Ahmad is becoming one of my favorite jazz pianists. His timing and rhythms
are superb. HD800 ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~> :)

Edit: I haven't heard Reginald Veal in many small ensembles, but, on the 2nd
album, he is tremendous. I will search out more of his similar work.
