I absolutely agree.

Mother Love Bone, Pearl Jam (not formed yet and at the time known as "Mookie Blaylock") and Soundgarden (matt cameron is a GAWD!).

What's absolutely freakish is that they recorded the entire Temple of the Dog album in only 15 days.

That's more rare of a thing than is seeing the Virgin Mary's silhouette in a smoke plume.

I'm a long time musician/producer/writer myself and have spent more than my fair share of hours in a studio.

15 days recording, for such a heartfelt gem of a release, is just crazy and an astonishingly inspired feat.

They used the force.
