I remember seeing Neil Young in a vid somewhere on stage stating that Phil Ochs was probably the greatest songwriter of his time. You could FEEL the audience think Phil who?

Funny you say that,  I'm supposed to write an essay about musics influence on the public regarding the Vietnam war.  Phil Ochs came up quite a bit in articles for protest music.  He lived quite a crazy last few years and had a pretty sad death.
