In Mike's Schiitr talk he says the Gadget is "done" but is waiting for a faster processor, and that there are several other things in his queue ahead of it. So, 2021? Maybe. Maybe not.

Jus received the answer to your question in a PM from Mike:
We take the input signal and <redacted> it, next we feed it to the <redacted> where it gets <redacted>.
Before it is send to the output it gets <redacted> to make sure nothing goes wrong in the process.
Hope this gives you a clear picture of the path of the audio signal inside Urd. Thank you for the question
