Haven't actually seen it anywhere where I live. What I would go for is Maker's Mark - very nice and good for everyday use 

I think JD do a honey one too, you should give it a go. Its proper sweet!

  But anyway Vsonic probably are trying a new marketing strategy to try to make the VSD1 appeal to younger people and that's why it's also bassier. The VSD1 will probably use a different font and be less bass-oriented as the S in the name stands for "seniors"

edit: I wouldn't mess with the shell - it's nicely textured and looks cool

If they were marketing it toward younger people than they should have used Helvetica. Comic Sans is the go-to for elderly people who believe it makes their ad/poster/project more flashy. Helvetica was born and raised by Designers & Hipsters.

I'll wait till they arrive to decide rather to mess with it or not, but until than:

LOL You have no idea what is popular in China and as we all know vsonic couldn't care less about western countries and their preferences as it's only concern is the Chinese market. As far as the logo -it's grey and can be easily seen only at particular angles. Anyway, I couldn't care less - it's in my ear and I can't see. I would'n care even if there was male genitalia engraved on the housings if I like that iem.

This forum isn't called Font-modders is it?

Remember guys, it's the sound that matters. You can't even see the font when the IEMs are I'm your ears, which is most of the time.

I'm pretty sure everyone was kidding. At least I was. The VSD1 sounds good enough to allow me to forgive the Comic Sans thing.

Yup - mine are in limbo land as well... somewhere between Singapore and Canada...

Mine say they are 1-3 days foe delivery but I don't see the usual Canada Customs step so I am not sure where they are at really.

For what it's worth I think it's stupid they used that comic font. Doesn't look serious at all.

Maybe flourished italic would have been better, middle aged girls are certain to get orgasms then.
