And half a dozen more, I'm sure. Though due to wallet restrictions, the comparison will not be exhaustive (unless individuals wished to loan)

The only thing missing now, is the UE700, which was defective and returned. Once it's replaced, the battle will commence...

Man that CK10 is pretty... I'd still like to hear it some day.

Indeed. The CK10 wipes the floor with the others in both build quality and aesthetics. The thing is slick, solid and beautifully finished. Sonically, however, it's not so clear cut... though admittedly, it's a battle for me not to favour it over the others.

The VC1000 is very similar to the GR01 in build. That is, comfortably above average. Ergonomically, they're both at the top.

How is the durability and isolation supplied by VC1000 compared with famous etymotic HF5 and re-400.
I'm trying to decide between VC1000 and HF5 and re-400 and the durability is extremely important for me.

I can't speak for the HF5, but the VC1000 isolates slightly better than the RE-400. The difference is negligible though. Comfort is also very similar, but the RE-400 pull comfortably ahead in ergonomics - the VC1000s thinner, and crinch-less cable, is noticeably less manageable than the RE-400s.

Although I've not owned either phone for long enough to properly determine which is more durable, the RE-400 housings look and feel more solid. The same goes for the cable.

Bad news fellows, mine stopped working in the right ear.  How did you guys contact Vsonic about getting a replacement? I LOVE these IEMs and would much rather a replacement than a refund. Was originally purchased from link in the first post: http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/380597556592?clk_rvr_id=517570089648

I contacted the generic VSONIC customer service email address with no luck.  THanks!

Same problem that I had before?

I bought mine from bigbargainonline too, got the replacement, but the new one came with the same problem. After 1-2hours it starts to fail on one side.

I'm going to send them for refund tomorrow... too bad because I really liked them.

Lol, it seems my buddy confessed to dropping the right bud into his coffee at work while he had them on.  Luckily for me they seem to be working fine now.  Talk about quality!

ijokerls review is up of VC1000.

Scoring one very comfortable figure of  9.2/10

I'd recently tried the Vsonic GR01 flagship and much prefer the VC1000 personally
