my GR07 after a few years of use, and a few months of running - ended up with a cable fault

I've replaced them with MEE M6 Pros - and even out of the box I prefer the MEEs ... never could get on with the bass (seemed lacking) or treble (a bit too sparkly for my liking) with the GR07s - no matter what tips I used

for the money the MEE M6 Pros are fantastic - twice as good as I was expecting

So some people have started receiving their gr07 collector's editions, so hopefully the taobao agent will receive mine soon and will dispatch it.

Just a small update. The taobao agent received the package today and sent me pics of the contents to confirm if that is what I ordered. Now I just have to wait for the package to reach me.

So if anyone is interested you can grab one too - I used basetao as it was the most recommended despite a bit higher prices. In the end with the exchange rates, extra charges and shipping I paid about $30 more than the taobao price, which is not bad at all - still lower than gr07x's price and a lot cheaper than the gr09

The GR07 Limited Anniversary Edition with the Gr09 drivers inside is in the house. Just picked it up, so about 17 days from ordering, which is a pretty good time given it goes through a taobao agent - actually about as fast as lmue and penon and didn't have to pay customs' taxes
