Vsonic's CEO said there is going to be a sale for 2000 yuan (of 4000 MSRP) but we still don't know if this will be only a local thing or international fans will also be able to get in on that price. In the past LMUE has offered some of the vsonic pre-order promotions but I guess it's too early to get info on that.

The XE800 has its own thread, where you will be able to find plenty of comparisons between the two, including fr plots. It's also worth noting that the XE800 doesn't have the mechanical resonance that the GR07 has around 6khz since it has a different shell.
