Congratulations! I’m also a very happy VE10 owner which gets pretty much daily use, adore the tuning. Interestingly I haven’t felt the need to cable roll but I do have the Eros so will give it a try. 👍🏻👍🏻
Thank you for the warm welcome. Please give it a try and let me know if you find anything. I wasn’t belive that could improve the sound that much so I asked my brother do A and B test for 3-4 of his favorite song. Then he confirm that the Eros is better. I have also pull the trigger on the 15 year EA root cable. Let see how the gold

Has anyone tried palladium plated silver on the EXT? Is it much different than GPS? Currently running a diy PPS + GPS + OCC Copper cable for EXT. Against short impression of Machbeth's stock cable it feels comparatable, a bit airier on my diy cable.

I gotta say, people be sleeping on the EXT II - pretty crazy how the hype train misses a lot of great IEM's.

Phoenix are fantastic, not only musical but insanely technical. Love ❤️🖤

Bloom sent me a replacement pair of the EXT II due to my first pair of two pin connectors being too loose. This replacement set is what it should have been in the first place. Nice and snug.

I hate two pin connectors. It's such a crappy interface for expensive products like these. Been bitching about it for years.

I have Phonix and SP3K like you do and I think they are an excellent pairing. What cable do you use?

I only have two good cables are the PW1960 and the PS GPS, and I prefer the 1960 for its analog sound, which perfectly matches the Phoenix's smooth and warm presentation, even though the GPS is much more detailed and large-scale sounding

Has anyone ever paired the EA Fusion 1 with the VE10 before? At this point, I'm pairing my VE10 with the EA Root. Would it be considered an upgrade if I go with the Fusion 1 cable?
I heard the fusion is crazy good for the price.

"It used to be at the top of my wish list after I bought the VE10. Unfortunately, at that time, I wasn’t able to find any for sale in the classifieds. Additionally, my account wasn’t qualified to post there either. In the end, I ended up buying the EA Root. However, somehow, I still want to give the Fusion 1 a try.

I’ve not heard fusion but it’s roughly the same price as the Plussound Hybrid+ which I found to be a very good pairing with VE10. I’ve heard silver based cables aren’t a great match with VE10, the best I’ve heard with VE10 (by a long shot, but very expensive) is the Ode to Laura. Second would be Hybrid+… May be worth waiting for an Easter discount and picking one up if the Fusion 1 doesn’t work out.

Fusion 1 is a great cable that is working fine with other IEM's as well, paired with the Phönix I felt all the positive aspects that other already said in the past - while midbass boost maybe become slightly too much.

Did'nt the VE10 have already more midbass then the Phönix, so perhaps not the best option unless you want even more midbass with the VE10.

Thank you for the information. From my research on this thread and some reviews, I’ve heard nothing but positive feedback about Ode to Laura. Perhaps I should save up for that cable. The main issue with my current setup (Root + VE10) is that the vocals are pushed forward, which affects their clarity and detail. Additionally, the separation is not as good as I had hoped.
