Are you sure? Based on Questyle tech. description, the M15c uses dual Cirrus Logic DAC chips, whereas the M15i uses a single ESS DAC chip.
That would be a little more than a different tuning…
Yes it has a different DAC, with the same amplification modules and a slightly different PCB layout. In use though, it's the same size and with the same outputs and gain switch as the M15i, just sounds different.

I briefly had the M15C and was unimpressed. Not that it was a bad unit but not excellent either. Just kind of in the pack.

I'd also like to know more about the Audirect Atom4.
I still can't find any review or feedback... Any one knows how it performs ?

So... I ended buying this mysterious Audirect Atom4 to make my own opinion.

Good :
+ i like the sound... but i'm so disappointed by the rest that i won't elaborate, not worth it
Bad :
- heavy phone signals perturbations
- build quality is mediocre
- mine actually came with a cracked 3.5mm port so bad quality control

Sound apart it's MILES behind the alternatives from ddHiFi, i never had any of these issues with my TC44A and TC44Pro, none.
I'm sending it back tomorrow to get a refund, lesson learned.

My advice : if you like this form factor stick to ddHiFi !

EDIT : I contacted the seller (Linsoul Audio on Aliexpress) for the return and they answered me this

We would like to inform you that the issue you reported is not a defect. This is the MIC contact point, and due to the arc-shaped design of the casing, it cannot be completely enclosed. This is a deliberate design feature, and every unit is manufactured in this manner.

At first i didn't believe it because it seems so weird and dumb, plus it doesn't appear on the visuals from Audirec.
Turns out they all are inacurate 3D renders, i managed to find a couple of actual photos from Shenzen Audio and their units also have this cut out on the 3.5mm port.
No quality control issue then but this actually makes the build quality point even worse... and look at the pink version with the black plastic parts pointing out, YIKES.
Anyway, Linsoul accepted the return & refund so bye bye Atom4.
