USB-C to 3.5mm adapters (DAC) - Let's find the best

VE clan@facebook advised me "PC to Megatron using USB cable, then Megatron lineout (near the switch on the picture you sent) to AV input of amp using a 3.5mm to RCA stereo cable."
i think thats the way.

You can try either 3.5 and decide which sounds better for you

I don't need the best. I simply want a decent listening experience.
I recently upgraded my Motorola G3 phone to a Motorola Edge 30 Neo and then purchased a TC35C so that I could use my favourite Superlux HD681 headphones.
Audio over USB-C is new to me.
Pros: the TC35C sounds good.
Cons: hardware volume control doesn't work very well for many Android music players (I am comfortable with Neutron more so than UAPP); no USB port with this device plugged in; potential for accidental damage to the USB port when this or any other device is plugged in; occasional noise with mobile network on (e.g. when watching videos on YouTube).
Realising that USB-C dongles are inconvenient (at best), I subsequently purchased a Fiio BTR5 bluetooth amplifier + USB DAC (which hasn't arrived yet). The phone manufacturers expect us to (and most consumers do) buy bluetooth headphones. I didn't want to change my listening experience and good BT headphones do seem to be expensive.

This would be priciest dual cs43131 dongle then.

Appears considerably weaker: 120mW vs 280mW @32Ohm, balanced.

Joshua did like it though :)

I had the iBasso DC04PRO for a few days, practically unusable, the slightest and barely perceptible movement was enough to lose the connection, maybe they wanted to push the user to also buy their upgrade cable. And I also had to spend €25 out of my own pocket to return it. I will never buy anything from the brand again.
