Probably the Sonata HD Pro due to it's performance and usability.
Received my Tempotec Sonata BHD today and as expected following from the Sonata HD Pro it performs really well and the unit does not even get warm.
It comes with a USB adapter and a leather case.

Differences in sound between HD Pro and BHD or are they just the same?
I need to do a back to back comparison but it just sounds at least as good as the HD Pro from memory and powers the CCA CA16 till destruction lol
Tossing up between grabbing a Sonata HD Pro or a Hidizs S9 on 11/11. The price of the Sonata is right but the S9 looks sooo sleek. Or the 9038D I guess.

Depends how much want to pay as there is a big enough price gap between the S9 and the HD Pro
I too for 11/11 am evaluating something between tempotec sonata hd pro, tempotec sonata bhd and hidizs s9 ... only I found very few reviews and opinions on the latter two and I would not buy in the dark.
Yeah there's not a lot of info out about the S9. The other one I was looking at was the Lotoo PAW S1 but it's about $100 over my max budget.
Here is my review of the Tempotec Sonata BHD.
I have owned this TempoTec Sonata BHD for a few days and also the # 9038S gen 2.
What I can say for the moment: I really like both! As for the music, I will wait to judge.
On the other hand, what I can say is that for those who have problems with a TempoTec V1 which does not recognize the E1DA in USB, the V1 works perfectly with the Sonata BHD! A great thing.
The cable of the Sonata BHD is much nicer than the # 9038S! An excellent thing too.

Sorry if this has been asked before, but what is considered the best adapter for the iPhone? One that doesn't need the complicated USB splitter for Apple devices, something that plugs straight into the Lighting port of the iPhone? Looking for the best SQ one. Thanks
