Just average sound?

Damn.

According to many, the DC02 was a disappointment. Sounds like this is a disappointment as well.

It has dual Cirrus Logic dacs and its just average?

Damn

I really enjoyed my DCO2, only reason it's not my primary USB-C DAC is because I lost it. I like it better than the Meizu Pro I have.

Now considering the 'cool new' dual CS43131 dac $60 DC03 (because DC02 was popular), a new under $35 (taobao) SHDP with CS43131, and E1DA 9038D ($100).

E1DA 9038D is a marvel, and all the data/internals are free to view. And there's the app.

DC03 might get similar sound with SHDP, after all, can they mess CS chips up? But no massive benefit of having two chips!

SHDP isn’t defeated for price, but the best audio quality+measurements is E1DA 9038D. And DC03 dual CS43131 DACs sounds like cool specs to the layperson, but we must wait for audio quality+measurements to be re-tested. It would be interesting to see how it sounds relative to many other CS43131 dongles, of which SHDP is the main contender due to its great ASR (as Hidizs S8) measurements in early 2020 under no load.

As always, some people don't mind Apple USB-C dongle limited to 24/48 using a custom CS46L06 chip, which is powerful, measures alright, and is $9-15 anywhere in the world?!

The Ibasso DC03 has an android application.i don't find it 🤔
This version should work with DC03 - iBassoUAC_1.0.7_sign.apk

https://ibasso.lanzous.com/ik4tQgj4m3e

Version V1.0.7
1. Compatible with DC03
2. Fix the crash issue under certain models

Instructions for using iBassoUAC APP:
1. After installing iBassoUAC APP, insert the DC series decoding cable
2. Do not plug in headphones, adjust the system volume to maximum
3. Open the APP, adjust the volume to the best value
4. When using other programs, do not turn off the APP in the background. When you need to adjust the volume, switch back to APPps: The system adjustment is software adjustment, and the maximum volume is adjusted to provide the maximum level and avoid system bottlenecks; the APP adjusts the volume in a total of 64 levels, Belongs to hardware adjustment, global controllable
