Upcoming DAP from xDuoo - the X10!

Hello guys,

Is the XDuoo X10 affected by the same issue of XDuoo X3 about the missing first second of playback on every track? That was really boring on the X3... And that caused the return of my ex XDuoo X3.
Regards,

The X20 looks nice , but I agree that Xduoo needs to improve a lot of things before I buy another product from them. The missing fraction of a second at the beginning of songs, gapless, the speed issue on the X3 , players going dead, etc. They also need to improve customer service.

What about a fair comparison between XDuoo X10 and FiiO X5 2nd gen? Thanks
The Fiio have a warmer sound, but it is as detailed as the xduoo. The Fiio interface and reliability are much better, and they have very good customer service. The Fiio X5 II can also be used as a dac from USB of a computer!

So, the X10 is affected also by the same issue which is on the little brother X3? Oh... Sorry, XDuoo has lost again a new client.

I received the X10T recently, and haven't gotten around to playing around with it just yet, but I am excited to see what its capable of! Never really used a transport before.

Ok this is new! I wondered why no one has done this before. Perfect for people who want to use various dac's. Not exactly as portable as the X10, you would need an external dac/amp for portable use. I guess this would pair well with Xduoo portable amp/dac.

Hmmmm, i look it up at aliexpress and penon audio and i still don't really know what the xduoo x10t is. It seem like a audio source. Is this a DAP or DAC?

would someone elaborate what the x10t is? and differences with the normal x10?

thank you.

It is essentially a digital transport. It has various digital outputs that allow it to interface with portable dac/amp combos and the like. It acts as a music player but lets an external dac/amp do the heavy lifting. It allows something like the xDuoo XD05 or chord mojo to act as a dap, if that makes any sense.

Thanks for the clear explanation. I think I got the gist and usage of it. Correct me if I'm wrong, all the output are digital and not analog?

So, I wonder if it will have clicks and cut off the first fraction of a second of each song.

I believe they have released a firmware update for the issue you might be facing. check if your firmware is V1.1. download and update your if they are not the latest (http://www.xduoo.com/xduoo/En/DownList.Asp?SortID=1). Fortunately, I never experience this issue before so i don't know if the fixed works.
