I think by capabilities he's talking about the definition, and ability to low, but you will certainly find more amplitude in the curve of the 660S2 and 620S.
Graph means sh, pardon me...I am taking 600 when I don't want the bass to be pronounced.
Even if he meant that the comment was wrong because the question was going in another direction.
I think the Slovenian guy wants more bass than 660S2, in terms of quantity and rumble. Right, Slovenian?
And just for the record...if you EQ 560S (bass), it will sound thunderous, and earcups will shake big time.
And if you do the same with the 600...almost nothing happens. You get just enough (more) to be noticed.
I do not exspect the HD620S to be a bass cannon, more a overall pleasing closed Allrounder. But maybe with some eq you can convert it to your specific liking. Will find out soon.

It's definitely not a bass cannon. Tight, controlled and pretty neutral. Bass heads will probably need to look elsewhere. That said, I like my bass but never felt like it was lacking. Some people have mentioned boomy bass but I just have not heard that.

Order placed at headphones.com. It’s still listed as ‘pre-order’ there. I have the 6xx and will post comparisons w/o EQ. 6XX takes to EQ well, but I will report without and use my SS chain (Yggdrasil OG—> Burson 3XGT 2023 with SPO2 power chip and quad V7 Vivid upgrades).
Reviewers pls may I suggest that we compare perceived FR between sets (whatever you choose to compare with) as well as technicalities ie dynamics, stage, imaging detail retrieval on the same songs and rig. I predict this thread is going to blow up with impressions shortly and it would be good if we can be somewhat systematic so that future potential buyers will have good information for their use.

Yeah BH Audio wasn't kidding when they said they had them in stock and ready to ship. Ordered mine Wednesday and it shipped Thursday and I got it this morning.

Not to hang out my headphones, com fan-boy flag, but I have always appreciated their policy to allow a 1-year ‘audition and return if you don’t like it’ policy. I personally did this once and they honored it without question- so IMO they’re worth waiting for (you can pay me later @TaronL )

I am also waiting to buy them from Headphones.com (I like their policy as well) - though I was tempted while B&H had them in stock (which I think may have been premature since they are now only at pre-order there).

Headphones.com does seem to have a great policy but I've never bought anything from them and have bought several things from B&H ... Plus I'm an anxious person and can't stand waiting for stuff which is why I paid for the B&H overnight shipping to get it today instead of getting it free on tuesday lol.
Nice Headphones.com reward program too. And the free shipping and lack of tax (at least to MN) is killer too. And there's a semi-permanent discount code. I only paid like $330 all in.
I also really appreciate the work the Headphone Show does to further literary and think critically about this hobby.
Last Thursday, a huge car hit my little car at 70mph, and flattened its front end. Following surgery, I’ve now had the chance to read all pages in this thread, and pre ordered a pair on Amazon UK. I’m still in hospital, got a long recovery ahead, but the HD 620s will arrive on my birthday.
I’ll have hours of time to listen to these and am really looking forward to enjoying the HD 620s.
