Personally, I can't answer your question exactly because of the 3 cables you've mentioned, I've only heard Plato, and then only very briefly (and on a $4.5k IEM).
So far, the cables I own are mostly in the lower range of the price spectrum; Ares II 8-wire, a thicker gauge Ares II+, and the Eletech Prudence.
What I can say is that with some IEM's I've reviewed, using those cables can result in an immediately noticeable change in sound signature.
However, I didn't find that so much with the MEST. Couldn't say why; perhaps it shows the quality of the MEST's stock cable
For more bass, I think either of those Ares II cables I mentioned, or any variant of the Effect Audio Thor II cable (4-wire, 8-wire, thicker gauge + model) should achieve that without compromising the other great qualities of the MEST.
I suspect the EA Lionheart could be an enticing pair-up, since it's said to add note weight, thickness, richness and musicality, although it's possible it might reduce the soundstage and separation too, making for a slightly more intimate feel.
I was thinking to buy a used one on here, and by the time I stopped hesitating and made up my mind, it was gone already. You snooze, you lose
I've also heard good things about the Plussound EXO gold-silver 8 wire cable (I'm reciting the name from memory, so I may not have got it right).
You'd have to look at reviews on here for the cables you mentioned, but my impressions from passively noticing impressions posted is that they seem to be ones that generally tighten up the signature and add resolution, detail, clarity and extension. Not sure if any of them will very significantly increase the low end impact/rumble/slam?
But let's see what other people with experience of them can say
