I don’t know what they were doing but their balance sheet showed only $8000 or so in profit which makes zero sense.
When you add up all their preorders and items that were sold through their website there is no way that’s their bottom line - doesn’t seem legit.

I agree with your answer to the previous post of one of the fellow headfiers here.
One question though.
The company took the preorders as well as orders for one of their alleged products that has never been shown to exist (as a working and finished product) or even proven to exist as a functioning product according to the specs given at the website, while the website still existed.
Any comments or thoughts on that matter ?

Typical Preorder strategy to gain capital to fund operations. Indiegogo/Kickstarter was another option to gain quick capital to produce goods. I have a feeling that the increase in preorders to compensate operational costs is where everything went to hell

The operations that existed before crap hit the fan. Believe it or not, Trinity did function properly as a company before all of this... And preorder strategy is a business model that's used by a lot of companies.

To reiterate my answer: They funded operations with preorders BEFORE they downgraded operations for operational opreratiancy. OPERATIONS. Wheeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee Trinity sucks!

They're not fraudulent because they're bankrupt, but probably they're bankrupt because they're fraudulent - I would say ...

Good point, i tend to live in fantasy worlds. Probably in a pragmatical, non moral way, accepting the logics of capitalist market and their protective laws with speculation, non funded actions and casino games, we could admit bankrupt as an inherent risk, as a legally possible end to this story. We could accept the bankrupt as a non fraudulent fact. In that sense i accept your point, I don't know what happened to me, i clearly got ahead of myself thinking that the behavior or four guys that have lied systematically to hundreds of people during months while accepting their money, knowing that they couldn't assume their part of the contract and meanwhile releasing and preselling new ghost products to take more money (maybe with the expectations of saving the situation, i could accept that, in a dishonest way) could be considered ilegal. It's ingenuous by my part asking for a concept of justice that doesn't exist. Paypal, as @sejsel acutenessly showed me in a private conversation, plays it's "neutral" role, laws make it possible and we, let's call us the people, close the circle of normalization of the sick, perverse mechanisms of the system accepting them with resignation. That's life, s#it happens guys, hope that individually some of us find a way to recover something, maybe fighting between us for the few prices we could find at the ruins of trinity, because collectively we are no entity to question the moral substance that builds our rules and ask for more ethic ways of justice...
