Just to be clear my criticism was all based on not getting factual information of any kind. the updates provided simply could not be accurate based on lead times and shipping methods. I personally did not need the Master's, i have several other IEMS to use. I had intended, and confirmed shipping dates prior to ordering and again in March, to compare these with Nobel X's and gift whichever I did not like best to an old friend whom I had not seen in years. So my criticism and disappointment was based on trusting them to deliver on time not that they would be good or a value but I would have them period and was hoping that some form of communication would be provided since there was so much criticism bandied about in the thread and since neither Bob nor Jake answer emails or PM's timely any more, yes I know they said too busy blah blah blah but honestly if you care about the customer base and your business frankly communication is tantamount in importance. Anyhow felt I needed to state my reason so maybe the folks jumping back could understand the level of frustration and motive. Back to the shadows now.

The Hunter is limited for 1000 pieces a year and is sold out for the year. This is the reason they didn't have it in CanJam.

Just follow my train of thought for a second: the picture evidence only being posted now rather than over a month ago suggests (not a fact) that most of the shipping is happening this week rather than way back in March. I'm not entirely sure about it actually being 9 weeks because I thought he gave out that March 24/25 deadline mid-March, which would be only a little over a month rather than a little over 2 months as you're stating, but I could be remembering wrong.
 

actually according to what was initially posted it should be 7 weeks.  we were originally told shipping would start on the 24th or 27th of feb with 200-300 being shipped every day.

Bob had also sent a kickstarter email that almost all of the Asian orders for the Air had been shipped in late March. I'm in Singapore and I received the Hyperion within 8 days of ordering it in April. Still no sign of the Air.

So what the heck is it?
 
Either way, that's the same amount of drivers as the higher end campfire audios at a fraction of price.

It's 2 Dual BA = 2*2 BA = 4 Balanced Armatures in total. Practically the same thing.

Maybe some inventory of the 500's were bought off for resale.

I guess that would be possible. But these got sold out back in the fall. I can't imagine that audio sanctuary would hold back selling this long. But what do I know, not much

Most companies ask resellers to hold off on selling inventory until a specific time. In this case, they must've waited for Trinity's OK to sell them off... I.e.: When they were done selling/packaging them on their own... This is speculation, but plausible. Also helps Trinity lower inventory of a limited run to seem like they're selling like hotcakes...
