At the two events I've visited this year ( head room and sound days) there were several people with their personal gear.
I'll bring my beloved Questyle QP1R and Cowon Plenue D with me .

Most bring their own DAPs, their own sources. Worse come to worse, they still have their cellphones lol.

The hotel is crazy expensive, but thats typical over priced london pricing.
