In the US the deliveryperson will collect at the door, but accepts only cash or check. Somewhat silly since, if you're tracking the package online, you can be told when it'll arrive but not how much it'll cost. There's certainly a few days' worth of lead time that UPS may as well exploit to accept prepayments.

There's a part of me that wants to sign for my headphones and then pass him a credit card, watch him twitch and go, "You can't have the package back. I signed for it. By law it's mine. If you try to take it I WILL call the police." and then grin like the evil man I am.
 
But what's actually going to happen is quarters. Lots of quarters.

Yes, I saw it. While I'm nowhere near pimp enough to wear those, they do look stunning. Really cool that he's starting to mix CF and wood.
 
The colour of the wood and the gold CF go great together imo.
