I recommend doing sfwalcer's headband mod. It makes it a whole lot lighter. Here

Now I'm very curious if the Lasmex H-75 and the ifrogz Aura sound any different than the MH463s. Given that they appear identical, I'm venturing to say Lasmex and ifrogz are making a hefty profit off these.
 
I'll probably do the headband lightening mod and not much else to the MH463s. The only other upgrade I can fathom would be finding better pads; while the Turtle Beach pads are a definite and significant upgrade over the stock pads, I still have that feeling that there can be better options out there (specifically a broader cup that spreads the pressure out a bit more than the fairly narrow cup wall of the Turtle Beach pad).
