Does anyone know how much voltage swing can this amp do?

It would have to be measured but going by the design it will do 860VP-P (610V RMS) easily. The main issue will always be the lack of a CCS on the output stage so the amp will never be able to push the required current to stabilize the bass and treble of something like the SR-007. This leads to a thick bottom end (MOAR BASS!!!!!
) and a lack of focus over all.

Can the CSS problem be resolved easily....it would be a mighty amp and relatively easy to build compared to T2,BH.

The CCS wouldn't be too hard to implement, just use something similar to the simplified CCS used in the BHSE. Stuff like this is a pain to build point-to-point so small PCB's would be needed plus the heatsinks to go with them. There is already a version of this amp laid out on PCB to fit in the T2DIY chassis (which would use the same PSU as the T2DIY) but as with the T2, the cost of the PCB's is a large factor of it not being made yet.
The BH is pretty easy to build though (much more complicated then just about any amp in production now though) and the new DIY version which is being worked on should be an absolute treat.
