I think the music IQ of the members active in this thread is a tad bit higher than the average Joe.At school tomorrow take a poll as to how many folks have heard of Lucifers Friend...
These guys are playing at Copenhell next month. I'm gonna go watch them for sure. Great atmosphere they got going there.

But out of 8 colleagues, none could identify Budgie, Thin Lizzy, Motorhead, Mountain, Pentagram, Trouble, Cathedral or Candlemass. I'm not sure my Psych PhD cohort is a good fit for determining the obscurity of classic metal bands, lol. Our whole genre is obscure!!!!!!!!
Miss you guys, btw. I get back from Residency Monday. The plan is to catch up on the Doom Charts!

we just played with them a few weeks ago. really fun live band and super nice dudes.
Its sextett night and listening to Scanner...My goodness these guitars sound epic thru the vintage K240s
