Did not try the Fourte but I used Nio, Trio, 12t with Chord Mojo1, Mojo2, and Hugo2, they have the same small issue: hiss, it can be addressed by a ifi iEmatch

Can anyone recommend a great upgraded cable for it.
Using with mojo2 so needs to be 3.5mm

I really like their own "premium cable". The stock cable that comes with the U12t is something that i would accept on a 200 USD IEM.

RikudouGoku has a list of cables from AliExpress he reviewed. I got a silver one he recommended and it's perfectly good. But I follow the empirical data and don't buy into (literally) the idea that cables affect sound quality except in edge cases.

Thanks. I haven’t tried IEM cables but I have done a lot In my hifi system and silver in cables certainly makes a difference to the upper frequencies that I can hear.

For 12t my go to is still EA Cleopatra, in my case 8 wires, it gets the details and resolution on 12t to a new level. As you mentioned you hear differences on Silver cable. I would suggest give this one a Demo.

If you want the new and shinny…the next release from EA it’s amazing with 12t as well, but needs burn in.

The stock cable on Tia Fourte - something I would not even accept on a 100 USD IEM. Nevertheless, the Fourte is just a wonderful pair.

I got a Null Audio cable for my U12T. It feels nice and you can get the 2-pin flat to help with stability on the connection.

Why not sell the ruck version of the case by the way?
The ruck 20 is smaller and has ip68 certification, also the latch to close/open the case seems better? (The one on the g10 is good but it seems some reviewers were worried about the latch might be opening on its own)

Quick question people, i know it's been asked a lot but i totally forgot about it.
Have a lot of issues with lightning termx from effect audio so i decided to get a dongle.
I'm assuming the dongle will die quickly as it usually does so should i get the apple one or something else?
(since i have termx on my cable i can use different jack sizes)

+1 for the Cleopatra OCTA.

Excellent pairings are also the Eletech Plato (which I used before the Cleopatra) and the 64 Audio Premium Silver Cable.

Testing the U12t tomorrow. Are there any songs that are particularly good on them (the U12t has been praised for its versatility, but maybe there are songs that are just better on this IEM than others?). Are there any songs that are particularly BAD on them (for instance due to its treble tuning?). Thanks for your input!
