Is fit an issue with the U12t’s? I have never had issues with IEMs before but just got a pair of U12t’s and can’t even get both to stay in my ears at the same time, let alone a good seal.

I do agree with you and with the principle but when factoring in the time, money and effort to get this through to them and have it shipped, sent back etc it’s not really worth it, especially as it’s a rather small defect

That's the issue, you are at there mercy, it would be possibly weeks to you see a replacement, I know I couldn't go that long without.
Maybe see if they would reimburse you something for this happening?

Hello been away from this for far too long. Looking into getting another chem and the a12t is the first I'm looking at. Any others I should consider? How do they compare to noble katana or campfire (whichever is their ciem) I need new ciem sorry tips rolling is not in my future only chem for me. TIA
Other cables I have in comparison: Effect Audio ARES II 4 Wire, ARES II 8 Wire, ALO Ref 8, $200 level pure silver cables, also tried many no brand low price (>$50) cables.
IEMs used: Westone W80, Andromeda, Andromeda SS, A12, DIY brand 8+2 IEM (8BA, 2 Dynamics)
For all the IEMs, I like this taobal $20 USD cable the best.
Sounds crazy, but why I like this cable: no colorization, retains all details, no adjustment to any frequency bands, totally flat and honest to the IEM.
- Other no brand low price (>$50) cables: they don't retain all details, they have unpleasant elevations/boosts
- Pure silver cable, ALO Ref 8, ARES II: Basically applying EQ to the sound, each cable does slightly different kind of EQ. Use a certain cable on a certain IEM can compensate for the specific IEM's certain issues. They can retain good level of details, but still some fine grained texture details are lost.

The Campfire CIEM is way too warm imo. I have the Noble Katana and absolutely love its sound. Very mid centric, with amazing vocals, decent soundstage and instrumental separation. The U12t is more technical and has a lot more bass but I personally prefer the Katana by far.
I agree with those who commented about this. Cost aside, you deserve a perfect product as advertised without defects.
I've just checked in with our Customer Support team and you're on the list to be answered. Forgive us, we're still squashing bugs from the new system/website updates and we're giving it our best to answer everyone in a timely manner.
I have a general question. Have you guys ever sent a mail to 64 Audio with questions regarding a potential purchase and how long did it usually take for them to answer?
I sent a mail to them last week regarding a potential purchase here in Germany with some questions and haven't heard back from them. Not even an automated reply that they received the mail and will process it at any point.
This might be perfectly normal but it would be nice to know by when an answer can be reasonably expected.
