Many flagships, in general, are usually in a category of "money is no object" if you want the best and don't care about diminishing returns. While U4-SE doesn't have the technical performance on a level of their other flagships, the tuning and having apex module at that price raises the value of price/performance ratio.

Regarding drivers, honestly I just quoted what I have been told. Sorry, I don't have any further details. It sounds great, all that matters
was hoping to grab a U4-SE, but they're all gone. That was quick :frowning2:

Thanks. I’m just curious because I usually find neutral mid a bit offensive to my ears, but with these IEMs I never felt it that way. Besides I really like the bass implementation here, probably what I would describe as “audiophile bass head”. No matter what exact design was scaled down, it’s definitely satisfying here.

@64Audio I tried to place an order several times but was unable to. After signing in at checkout, I filled in all the information under shipping address. Hit continue and all the filled in fields cleared.

Wow, we're sorry you're running into issues with our site! It seems to be isolated. We'll send you a direct message and resolve this for you. Thanks for your patience!

Hello, does the Premium cable match with N8?

I'm waiting on the A12t that I ordered during Black Friday and I'm looking at aftermarket cables (not really a fan of the stock).

Any thoughts about the Ares II and the PW No.5? I don't hear a substantial difference between different cables so the ergonomics are more important to me.

Cheers.

Personally I prefer pw no.5 over ares II. Effect audio cables have the tendency to turn stiff after a few months of usage.

Aries II, for that price the performance is hard to beat.

I would say no, I have EA cables, the oldest one being a year old, all of them are the same as I got them. If you have an issue reach out to them. Their CS will look into it.

I just receive the A6T. Sound very good. The Apex filter works just like I have expected. No more pressure from CIEM. Very good feeling. The fitting is so perfect. I am surprised that it does not go as deep as some of my other CIEM like the Noble K10. It still deep enough.

FINALLY no more feeling of vacumn pressure stuck in my ear canal. LOve it!

Oh the sub-bass is tighter and deeper than my K10. - very nice sounding.

Testing the LID technology of A6T with Zana Duex tube amp. No crazy swing, sound signature is retained, no hiss. which is rare. I can barely turn the volume pass level 3. Very powerful bass and sound.

Using TWAU whiplash cable.

How's the isolation? One of the few reasons I've not invested in any apex type filter. On a note of vacuum pressure, with your other ciems try pulling the bottom of your earlobe down to let some air out. Can make a difference.

Isolation is as good as my other CIEM. Its more isolated than my ultimate Ears UE18pro custom but the noble K10 isolate the best. . Yes, I did try the earlobe to relieve pressure but the pressure comes back fairly quickly. The Apex solve all these issues once and for all. Its like wearing an open CIEM with no pressure.
