How are those a "cure"...?

You plug your mmxc into it and it becomes 2pin cable.. Such as adapters work. They adapt to a new male/female termination of sorts.
Your high end mmxc cable can now be used as a 2 pin.

I hope it's easy to understand now?

Instead of reterminating your shitteh MMCX cable

That sucks man, I can't imagine not hearing the offerings from the best companies. The Zeus XIV has the best vocals I've ever heard regardless of can or IEM and a spectacular stage. The A18t is the best all around-er with exceptional qualities across the board; stage, impactful sub bass, elite resolution, great layering and separation, special highs and visceral lower mids plus the added bonus of a significant signature modification via M15/M20. If my house was on fire and my family was safe outside and I could run back in safely one time I would grab my A18t's, Chord Hugo2, laptop(music collection) and guns. lol My Zeus XR's are for sale in the for sale section that's why I wouldn't grab them because I anticipate them selling soon.
As you know, getting a reshell for them will be extremely difficult, given that empire doesn't do it and most other companies are hesitant to do a reshell for this because of its complexity. I can only think of AAW who would do it for a reasonable price. But then again, they didn't do a good job on my previous reshelled so ymmv.

Just curious, what went wrong with your reshell? Fit or technical?

No. It just an mmcx terminated cable with a 2-pin adapter hanging off of it.
It's still an mmcx connection - with the same alleged mechanical issues.
As I implied, cures nothing...

It makes the. MMCX able to be used with 2 pin iem, still connected sure but now you can enjoy 2 pin

I think the point people were making about MMCX is that the connectors aren’t as reliable/good as 2-pin. An adapter means you still have a bad MMCX connector in the mix and are still using MMCX...plus those connectors are super awkward

Naga Audio are also a super capable bunch. They specialise in reshelling JH IEMs known for their complex cross-overs, multiple proprietary drivers and steel tube waveguides. They can reshell both custom and universal units, and their build quality and finish is some of the best I’ve ever seen. Treoo offers their services if you’re in Singapore.

Nice! By the way, I also just did a thing. You know I've been in love with my A12t. Unfortunately, I have to send them in for a small repair and...well...I decided that I didn't want to be without a pair of 64 Audio CIEMs. So I ended up getting the A18t. It's amazing. And having both that and the A12t is very complimentary.
