Well, there is literally just one of these - the Traillii. And if people prefer not to go that route, then that is fine - they simply need not purchase said IEM. It certainly isn't a prevalent trend.Imo, its better for users to choose their ideal cables instead of bundle. For me $6000 iem bundles are not worth even though resell the cable, it still not worth comparing to choose own "top tier" cables. I cannot find an $6000 crazy bundle is worth for their price, at least in temporary. Actually iems priced at $2500 or above, their main difference is about the orientation of sound but not the quality. Better to choose own cables. Enjoy!

Indeed! And before that (bringing the conversation back to 64) it was the Fourte and its polarizing tuning. That is what I would call disruption, in the positive sense.Looks like the Bird has ruffled everyone's feathers

It still took about 2 days I think for them to process it.Yeah, thanks again!
How long did it take for your b-stock to be fulfilled/shipped from the day you ordered it. I'm obviously being impatient but I just figured wait time would be minimal in cases like this where presumwbly there's nothing for them to actually mske.
Also can anyone compare the depth of insertion of fourte/any 64 audio IEM to vision ears (which I consider pretty deep) or to other brands?

Same for us CanucksMore like $8k for us Aussies
The Fourte stock cable is an ergonomic nightmare but it sounds pretty good. My 1960’s cable is not a $1000 sound improvement. Maybe $200 to $300.
PW cables and expensive cables are way overrated. Have tried both their 1960 and 1950 on Fourte, and can’t say I love them for the asking price. They are good in some ways but not universally better than the cheaper 64a cables on the Fourte. Especially the 1950, i don’t really enjoyed it on the Fourte for my preference (too forward sound presentation, narrower/congested soundstage).
Yeah, after all said and done, we can laugh at the $5 lamp cord but honestly, I rather take a $5 lamp cord than pay for a $2k wire hanger. But that’s just me

I just bought the EA Janus B !
I will use it with my new EA aka adapter, 4.4 into 2 x jacks ( 1x3.5 and 1x2.5)
I will also do some comparisons between my new compliment C and 64a premium silver

I’ve never been a huge fan of PW Audio big money cables. Stormbreaker is the only one I have ever preferred over others in a pairing (Odin). EE did the leg work to figure that out anyways.
Aren’t PW cables cardas coax wire?

I have seen couple of mentions about PW 1960/1950 relationship to Cardas (coax? clear?). If anyone has info/model, please PM me. I’d like to build a set and see if it’s any good.
On 64 topic, this whole month has been U18s for me. It’s sooo good... I have become a huge fan of non-fatigue Apex technology too. Forgot to visit this forum, lol.
