Successfully upgraded to 2.01 FW via iRiver Plus4 software and it all seems to be working fine at the moment. Both 64GB SD Cards scanned and all music found and working. Nice to have the upgraded GUI of the 120 :)

Thank you kind sir, this is great read!

May I know what vol do you usually set when connecting to Corda Quickstep?

My pleasure!

I usually set volume on the AK to 70 (just below max), and set the gain switch on the front of the QS to high. With my headphones, I set the volume on the quickstep to about 45% (this is about 11 o clock looking at the front of the amp) and this gives comfortable volume. Obviously it will depend on the headphones you are using!

I did find that if I set the AK's vol to the max of 75, I was getting distortion (not just with the QS but with other amps as well), so I backed it off to 70 and so far no problems with the sound. I am really liking the AK / QS combination.

It cant scan if it doesnt mount the cards- which it doesnt. The scan ends with 0 files processed.
I reverted to listrid and now i can see my music again.. That's a fact.

Are you using the firmware downloaded from www.iriver.com?  I used this one and my AK100 cannot recognize two 64GB cards too.  However, I tried the firmware downloaded from www.iriver.jp (i.e., Japanese site) and installed it into my AK100 again.  Now the machine can recognize all cards!!  You can try this.

This worked for me as well. With the US firmware version of 2.01 my 64GB cards were not recognized. Installed the Japan version of 2.01 and both cards are recognized.  I had previously been stuck on 1.32 as I had the same issue with 1.33 US firmware as well.

Thanks for the tip!!!

Sorry for this lazy post but  I don't have time to currently read the 6086 posts (i will in future).

I have the AK100 and don't know if I should upgrade to Offical (Jp) Firmware 2.01 or Listrid 2.0

I do have 64gb sd also.

Sorry I'm a little lazy but would like to upgrade this evening.

Thanks for your help
