I'm afraid your answer to that is never. HiBy has repeatedly said that offline Tidal will not reach the R3. I think it's something on Tidal's end where they won't approve it.

Anyone having trouble getting the R3 to recognize some files? I have a 230mb flac file that the R3 fails to recognize but it plays fine on my PC.

Hi!

I got my R3 some weeks ago and, I think it's a great device for the price. Waiting for the leather case to arrive.

Does any of you have been able to use the remote included in iOS-remote-featured earphones? I tried several models, including the one that come with my iPhone that I've never used (the plastic box was was still wrapped), and although play/pause/skip button works nicely, the volume control doesn't seem to work.

I have both the M0 and R3 and they both have admiral qualities.

I think the R3 pips the post in sound reproduction but the M0 is not far behind.

The M0 is a nifty device and I tend to use it more than the R3 for some reason

i now have the R3/M0/AP60pro/NunsaP1 to compare with no real performance complaints about any of them or their price
the biggest issue will be which one gets used when and how often

I got the R3 mainly as a bluetooth player for my daily commute in New York City. I'm finding that the bluetooth connection with my wireless buds is not the best on busy streets with lots of interference. It cuts out quite a lot as I'm walking (no issues indoors though).

Like some others here I also bought the M0 at the same time. The bluetooth on the M0 is much more stable in busy environments...

I'm using the M0 all the time now due to the size. The R3 is having a rest.

Saw a comment on balanced cable - FIIO F9 Pro comes with 2 cables and 2 cases.
The 3.5mm cable has a rubbery wire with inline controls while balanced 2.5mm one doesnt - but it has a nice braided cable.
Its included foam tips were too loose for my liking, i got extra foam tips from Compli.
I wish the hard case took in the R3 as well - hence had to make the case for Everyday Carry.
