Hehe, some "toys" are just addictive...

As for the vials, they would be mounted in/under the shield wich I assume is rigid.

x2, I am glad I didn't go ahead with my order. I would be concerned it would not be filled and no refund forthcoming. I hope that is not the case.

But, support by voicemail? Doesn't sound good.

Tweaking the website, support service and the handling of orders shouldn't require a shutdown and laying off staff ,eg. support on email and voicemail only.
That kind of action is usually a result of having no money.

Has ANYONE received a reply via email in the past week or so??

This sucks. The bass on my left ear has gone....

Actually the fit on my current pair is so bad that I just told them I'd like to claim a new pair under the Loss/Damage warranty but haven't had any kind of response. I was going to call them soon but now it is voicemail :/

I'm in Australia which makes it much worse...

Will

what are you talking about?

------------------

What is CPF? I see a couple people talking about it.

------------------

I'm a little worried about this shutdown as well. My concern is with the extended warranty/insurance some of us purchased. Will it still be honored?

A 3 month shutdown will also help with their "free upgrade" promise. If they announce a bunch of changes to their product offerings in the new year, they will have a lot of headphones to swap out. At least the 3 month delay will reduce the number of customers eligible a bit.

I just received shipping conformation, does that count? Also in Australia.

And giddy like a school girl on x-mas morning!
