Hey guys, I was wondering if there's any way of reterminating this custom FitEar cable I bought a few years back. 
 

There's something a bit off with the pin termination which already damaged my socket once. 
I contacted Brian at BTG and he had no way of fixing this.

Apparently it isn't as simple as taking the connectors from an old FitEar cable, and soldering it onto the new one. 
 
And he said he doesn't stock the connector only, so I guess he has the entire thing molded ready to go.

Yeah, I will just be reterminating to those. 
 
I was thinking of destroying a spare FitEar cable I had for its connectors, but I guess lunashops might be a better option.

Does this mean we can directly order the 335dw with SR upgrade? Or this is simply a launch of the upgrade service?

No u can't, you still have to order the 335dw, and only when it passes the requirements then u can do the Sr upgrade

Thanks. This might have been discussed before but I struggle to see why they can't just let ppl order with SR and refund the fee if they find the ear canal too narrow to accommodate the titanium notes when they build it. Wouldn't this reduce their rework and speed up turnaround time (including courier to and from JP)... I guess I must be missing sth obvious here

Say if want to order the MH335DW SR,
1. Need to order the MH335 DW
2. Wait for it to come from Japan
3. Ship back to Japan and pray hard you are eligible (passing all the requirements as shown in the picture which @Limexx put) [SHIPPING FEE]
4. Wait for another 4-6 weeks for the upgrade. (last checked)
 
The MH335DW SR is solid good though. Had a fun time demoing it
Cost to upgrade is around $600SGD (I might be wrong)
