Yes, best I've seen previously was $1,199, which I paid 2 years ago for a B-stock LCD-3.

And $399 is the lowest I've seen for the LCD-2 Classic.

And $399 is the lowest I've seen for the LCD-2 Classic.

This price is REALLY taunting and tempting me in equal measure. The LCD-2C is the only headphone I've sold that I miss. Sold it for the LCD-X 2021, which is a better headphone with almost mandatory EQ for the wonky mids. But the LCD-2C was more enjoyable for my style of music, mainly rock, hard rock, classic rock and alt-country.

I'm not sure if the court order you refer to was immediate or gave a time limit, but irrespective of that, it was my understanding that the de minimus exemption was still in place for all countries except China. But don't take this as gospel from me, it's hard to stay up to the minute.
