The III doesn't have the the BA, the IV and VI I believe have the BA. Still a good deal though.

Multiple listings at multiple sites selling it (including audio46) seem to indicate it does have the BA.

But, looking at the Final Audio Sonorous III user manual (downloadable) it does not appear to have a BA, just the dynamic driver. Strange that a few places that list this show the dual driver like the other IV and VI.

No wonder it's a tad confusing...from the Product Page on the Final website; guess BA means Balanced Air in this case?

It most likely does since the Specs further down the page speak only of a 50mm Dynamic Driver

Regardless of the technology, the reviews would indicate it's a good deal...especially at $199

I picked the ASF up when it was on sale for $11. Not as bad as reviews had made it out to be, but the wing on it plus the thickness of the IEM made it uncomfortable to wear for an extended period of time. The AS12 and AS16 used a simpler but still large shell and didn't seem to have generated the same complaints about fit and comfort. They've used the AS16 shell again which is good. The funny thing is, the original AS16 is still on sale, but at twice the price!
