The Deals DISCUSSION Thread (READ THE FIRST POST!!!)

Well, if we're going to post the classics, it wouldn't be complete with the good ol' Elegia, the deal that never dies...

Focal Elegia for $379, down from a list price of $890, through Adorama:
https://www.adorama.com/fofelegia.html&emailprice=t
I believe this is only the 2nd (maybe 3rd) time the Elegia deal has been posted for $379. All those other times were for $399. Someone should get a tally, the Elegia is probably the most popular deal on this thread. It seems Adorama has an endless supply.

Pretty sure it's been posted before...Westone W80 is back up at Adorama for $549

https://www.adorama.com/we80v3bt.html?sdtid=15493477&emailprice=t
Previous times were for the V2 W80 at $599. Note the V2 & V3 are internally the same (apparently, I don't think this has been 100% confirmed); the v2 has the older logo, but also comes with the ALO Ref 8 & bluetooth cable.

I keep crossing my fingers Adorama will get the Clear. They had the Elear at closeout prices before the Elegia.
Headphones.com? They have the clears for $990, plus 100 giftcard at headphones.com, not sure how much you value that but you an use that giftcard to buy an extra set of pads for them at 99 bucks.

I'm waiting to see if Adorama ends up with them for about half off the original price, like they had/have with the Elears and Elegia.

Speaking of Adorama, I just logged into my PayPal account and was offered $60 off any $300 purchase through 12/31, which might spice up anything you've had your eye on there.

So check your PP account and see if you can take advantage.

If I recall correctly from the announcement I’m pretty sure Headphones.com bought the remaining inventory when they were discontinued so you’re unlikely to find them new anywhere else.

The PLENUE R2 for $438.40 (after clicking 20% off coupon) from Amazon:

https://www.amazon.com/dp/B081SQTN41/

Excellent DAP for those who use wired headphones/IEM's and who do not stream music with a DAP.
Word of caution, their support is non existent right now. Their American website is under construction, they have no support email on their global website, and Jet Audio which used to be their repair service company in the USA no longer services Cowon products. My volume wheel got messed up and have no way of getting it fixed even tho it’s under warranty.

I just had my R2 serviced earlier this year, their customer service is great.

You can contact them at business2@cowon.com

That’s good to know. May I ask how you found the contact info for support? I looked everywhere and had no luck.
